What a PR disaster for Yale. Trying to argue that their own long-term attorney didn't have the authority to enter into a very reasonable agreement with Bespoke? It makes them look silly.

Shutting down Rhoomba was just immature on Yale's part. I understand that Yale wants to preserve its ability to eventually make better use of the parking area behind these buildings on Crown, but so far they are just making themselves look foolish.

I wholeheartedly agree that Yale is 100% to blame for this fiasco. The excellent New Haven Advocate article depicts Tom Conroy as a real (and not friendly mascot) Bulldog, displaying an arrogance and swagger that the rest of Yale long ago abandoned.

I hope that the Franco-Camacho have not been adversely impacted by the cost of this needless litigation and that they soon can put this behind them.
Yale's black eye in this matter will cost them far more in goodwill from the community than it would have cost to let Bespoke have their path!

I still can't believe Roomba's is gone. I met a woman at Harrods in London who mentioned she had been to Roomba's when I told her I was from New Haven. What a loss!
