Man Robbed

Police spokesman Officer Joe Avery reports a strong-armed robbery Monday in the Hill:
A man was outside a store at Howard Avenue and Spring Street at 9:36 p.m. Monday when a man in a thin man in yellow hoody robbed him. Staff at the store told police the robber had been pestering customers entering and exiting the store earlier that night.
