Concrete Falls; Bullets Fly

Two people had their bikes stolen by muggers at 3:45 p.m. Saturday at Edgewood and Ella Grasso Boulevard.
Read on for the weekend crime report, according to police.
Police responded to reports that a fight had broken out, with at least one handgun involved, on Emerson and Whalley at 5:32 p.m. Saturday. When cops showed up, several people fled. One suspect was detained and a Beretta handgun was found in a trash can next to 35-37 Emerson St.
After a report of shots fired at 8:21 p.m. around 15 Grace St. in Cedar Hill, cops showed up and found a “pistol-grip shotgun” in the rear yard of that address.
Two cars were struck by bullets during a confrontation at 3:11 p.m. Sunday at 194 Cedar St. Cops found three shell casings and got a description of the shooter: A teenaged boy on a 20-inch bicycle with a silver handgun.
At about 3:20 a.m. Monday, Officer M. Francia saw a large chunk of concrete fall off of the Temple Street parking garage. Cops closed the left travel lane to through traffic.
Two women reported being robbed of their pocketbooks by a man at Chapel and Olive Streets at 3:42 a.m. Monday. The suspect was wearing a gray sweatshirt, gray jeans and Reebok hightops.

First nice weather and the junior Hell's Angels bikers are out and the bullets are flying. It's going to be a long summer.

Is there any reason why these reports are void of any racial profile...or is it just too politcally incorrect to have useful information?
