Tough Bus Morning

It was a more frustrating morning than usual Monday for families relying on First Student public school buses. Apparently several factors conspired. An explanation from the Board of Ed’s Teddi Barra:
“The bus company had over 20 drivers out this morning, which caused them
to cover some runs late … In some cases the bus company took the name and phone number of the student and called when they were sending a bus and actually sent them to the house. There were some traffic delays and some detours due to the rain. All this combined did cause a difficult morning.”
