Alleged Burglar Caught

Police spokesman Joe Avery reports:
“The New Haven Police Burglary Robbery Unit arrested Michael Murphy 27 years old of 52 Henry St, on burglary charges today for three burglaries, two that occurred on Orchard Place in April 2008 and another on Tilton Street that occurred in November of 2007. According to Sgt Pasquale Marino who supervises the Unit, Detective Christopher Perrone worked the case and followed several leads that led to the signing of three warrants at the court bearing $150,000 dollar bond.

“Yale Police also had a warrant for Murphy for burglary.”
