Connecticut Democrats who got swindled by Joe's blatant bait-and-switch should hold him to the fire. I suggest showing up en masse at the convention wearing rat masks in protest.

The thing is, he has such gall to leave the "D" in "ID" ("Independent Democrat") on his affiliation.

I find it amazing how much he ignores his constituency. He was elected under the assumption that he was a Democrat (in his own comments, "a 60s Democrat."). But from the way he attacks Obama--who won CT in the primary, right?--you'd think he was a Republican. The debate with Kerry on MSNBC a couple Sundays back was amazing!

Instead of "ID" how about "ED"? Yep, you've seen the Cialis commercials. And "Joe" has definitely got ED when it comes to standing up FOR (not against) his own party.

All of you who decided to "stick with joe" - if you have any shame at all- should be hiding in your closet.
This is precicely why Jim Amann must not be allowed to represent the democratic party in the next election. His snub, as the state's top dem, of fairly and duly elected Ned Lamont, was the last straw. I'm happy he finally moved out of new haven.

SMOKIN JOE LEAVE CONNECTICUT WE DON'T NEED YOU BYE.

Thank goodness Lamont and CT Dems defeated Joe in that 2006 primary.

Imagine the greater damage Lieberman would be doing had we not effectively given him the boot.

I've never removed the Ned Lamont bumper sticker from my bike. I knew then (back in 2006) that Joe was a prick. I am keeping that bumper stick on as long as he remains in the Senate as a sort of protest, and hopefully, Ned will run again.
Meanwhile, McCain's numbers are rising in the polls, which disturbs me profoundly..he may actually win. Look out.

When he's campaigning with McCain, the press is now calling Lieberman "a fellow maverick." "Maverick" is a suitable expression for McCain, because it is as dated as the Ford automobile that popularized the term back in the early 70s. Lieberman, on the other hand, is no maverick. Where I'm from, we would call him a quisling.

Say it isn't so, Joe. Len'sLens has a letter to Joe from one who stuck with him two years ago. http://mindoflen.blogspot.com
