RESOLUTION OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERMEN AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF 2007 REGIONAL HOMELAND SECURITY GRANT FUNDS, DESIGNATING THE STATE AS THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THESE FUNDS AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT DEPARTMENT OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT & HOMELAND SECURITY (DEMHS)
