ALDERMANIC NOTICE - NEW HAVEN

The Community Development Committee of the New Haven Board of Aldermen will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 28, 2009 at 5:30 p.m. in the Aldermanic Chamber of City Hall, 165 Church St., re:
ORDER AMENDING THE LAND DISPOSITION GUIDELINES ORIGINALLY PASSED ON MAY 20, 1996 AND FIRST REVISED ON SEPTEMBER 5, 2006 TO EXPEDITE THE APPROVAL PROCESS FOR LAND DISPOSITION AGREEMENTS AND TO AMEND THE PRICING GUIDELINES FOR SLIVER LOTS.
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF NEW HAVEN AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF NEW HAVEN TO UNDERTAKE PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS AUTHORIZED UNDER THE CITY AND TOWN DEVELOPMENT ACT, TO ASSUME AND AS APPROPRIATE TO EXERCISE ALL OF THE RIGHTS, POWERS, OBLIGATIONSAND PRIVILEGES UNDER SAID ACT AND AUTHORIZING SUCH OTHER ACTIONS AS MAY BE NECESSARY TO IMPLEMENT THE PURPOSES OF THE ACT.
