The Joint Community Development-Finance Committee of the New Haven Board of Aldermen will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. on Thursday, June 25, in the Aldermanic Chamber of City Hall, 165 Church St., re:

LM-09-0182 ORDER OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERMEN APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS 197 DIXWELL AVENUE AS WELL AS A 20/85th’s PORTION OF THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS 229 DIXWELL AVENUE, WHICH PROPERTIES ARE OWNED BY THE DIXWELL COMMUNITY HOUSE, INC. AND ARE PRESENTLY THE SUBJECT OF A VOLUNTARY PETITION IN BANKRUPTCY.
