The Tax Abatement Committee will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 1, 2009, at 6:30 P.M, in the Aldermanic Chambers, 165 Church St., New Haven, to act upon the following items;
1. ORDER ABATING (DEFERRING COLLECTION OF) REAL PROPERTY TAXES DUE FROM DAVISE JOYNER ON HIS RESIDENCE KNOWN AS 39 DEWITT STREET, GRAND LISTS OF 2006, 2007, AND 2008.
2. ORDER ABATING (DEFERRING COLLECTION OF) REAL PROPERTY TAXES DUE FROM MARITZA VAZQUES ON HER RESIDENCE KNOWN AS 170 FERRY STREET, GRAND LIST OF 2007 AND 2008.

These items are filed with the City Clerk and may be inspected at Room 202, 200 Orange St., New Haven. Per order: Mordechai Sandman, Chair. Attest: Ron Smith, City Clerk.
