Two Mugged

A 21-year-old man told police he was walking behind the former People’s Laundromat at 238 Grand Ave. at 8:24 p.m. Thursday when four men jumped him. One put him in a headlock while the other three rifled through his pockets, stole $80 and fled.

Across the river at 69 Farren Ave., another man reported being grabbed by two men and robbed of his cell phone at 6:49 p.m. Thursday.

Crime Map

Onofrio’s Fresh Cuts, food supplier at 222 Forbes Ave., was burglarized at 5 a.m. Thursday, according to police.
