Jeanette Johnson

Jeanette Johnson, 82, of New Haven, departed this life November 13, 2009. She was the widow of Elwood Johnson.
Born in Philadelphia, PA, March 15, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Harry Adams, Sr. and Ruby Adams.
She leaves to cherish her memory, a son, Robert “Bob” Johnson (Gloria); a brother, James Adams; three grandchildren, Daryl, Rob and Kevin Johnson; seven grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
A celebration of Mrs. Johnson’s life and legacy will be held Thursday, November 19, 2009, at 10:00 A.M. at Curvin K. Council Funeral Home, 128 Dwight St., New Haven. Viewing and visitation will be held from 9:00-10:00 A.M. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Online guestbook available at www.curvinkcouncil.com
