narcisse.png (Updated) Yale officials said Sunday afternoon they don’t know how a sophomore died earlier in the day.

Roommates in Yale’s Branford College found sophomore Andre Narcisse (pictured in Facebook photo), 19, of Roosevelt, N.Y., unconscious in his room around 11 a.m., according to university spokesman Tom Conroy. Emergency crews arrived and couldn’t revive him.

“There was no evidence of foul play,” spokesman Tom Conroy stated in a release. Officials don’t know the cause of death; they’re awaiting an autopsy. Meanwhile, Dean Mary Miller sent a message to students informing them of Narcisse’s death. No other details were available.

Narcisse is the second Yale student to die this semester.
