Police are investigating a fatal hit-and-run crash in the Hill Thursday evening.
The crash occurred at Kossuth and Ann Streets in the Hill around 11:30 p.m.
Witnesses told police that the driver of a burgundy mini-van struck 29-year-old Keyonia C. Jenkins of New Haven, then fled toward Congress Avenue, according to police spokesman Officer David Hartman.
Jenkins died later at Yale-New Haven Hospital.
The crash investigation team has begun looking into the incident.
