The Community Development Committee of the Board of Aldermen will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, December 17 in the Aldermanic Chamber of City Hall, 165 Church St., re:
ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF NEW HAVEN TO EXECUTE AND DELIVER A QUIT CLAIM DEED, LAND DISPOSITION AGREEMENT, AND ANY AND ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO SELL THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS 580 DIXWELL AVENUE NEW HAVEN, CONNECTICUT (FORMERLY THE SITE OF MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR., SCHOOL) TO ELM CITY COLLEGE PREPARATORY, INC.
