Aldermanic Notice - New Haven
The Tax Abatement Committee scheduled for Monday, September 17, 2012, at 7:00 P.M, in the
Aldermanic Chambers, 165 Church St., New Haven, has been cancelled.
The Tax Abatement Committee will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 17, 2012, at 7:00 P.M, in the Aldermanic Chambers, 165 Church St., New Haven, to act upon the following items;
ORDER ABATING (DEFERRING COLLECTION OF) REAL PROPERTY TAXES DUE FROM VITO P. AND JOAN M. DEFRANCESCO ON THEIR RESIDENCE KNOWN AS 145 LAKE VIEW TERRACE, GRAND LIST OF 2010 AND 2011.

ORDER ABATING (DEFERRING COLLECTION OF) REAL PROPERTY TAXES DUE FROM ROBERT CASILLO ON HIS RESIDENCE KNOWN AS 399 WOODWARD AVENUE, GRAND LIST OF 2011.

ORDER ABATING (DEFERRING COLLECTION OF) REAL PROPERTY TAXES DUE FROM BARTOLOMEO AND ANN T. DEMAYO ON THEIR RESIDENCE KNOWN AS 92 CONCORD STREET, GRAND LIST OF 2011.

ORDER ABATING (DEFERRING COLLECTION OF) REAL PROPERTY TAXES DUE FROM FRANCISZEK AND ALINA SZCZUBLEK ON THEIR RESIDENCE KNOWN AS 31 LINCOLN STREET, GRAND LIST OF 2010.

THEODORE GONSIEWSKI, OF 290 HUMPHREY STREET, HAS REQUESTED ASSISTANCE FROM THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERMEN CONCERNING HIS PROPERTY TAX ACCOUNT NUMBER 11365, AND THE VETERANS EXEMPTIONS THAT HE IS AUTHORIZED.

ORDINANCE AMENDMENT OF THE NEW HAVEN BOARD OF ALDERMEN AMENDING CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE IV - FINANCE AND TAXATION, TO CLARIFY THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT TO THE CITY ASSESSOR IN ORDER TO BE ENTITLED TO A PRO RATA CREDIT FOR PROPERTY TAX ON A MOTOR VEHICLE.

Committee Action Only - Leave to Withdraw
ORDER ABATING (FORGIVNESS) REAL PROPERTY TAXES DUE FROM NANCY SCHOOLFILED, TAX ACCOUNT NUMBERS 454046 AND 478811, for GRAND LIST YEARS 2001 and 2002.
Workshop concerning tax foreclosures.
