Order of the Board of Aldermen authorizing the Mayor to execute a multiyear renewable agreement and any subsequent amendments entitled “Government Center Thermal Energies Partnership”
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE SCHEDULED FOR CONSIDERATION OF GRANTING LEAVE TO WITHDRAW:
Resolution of the New Haven Board of Aldermen concerning alternatives to United Illuminating as the transmitter of electricity to residential and commercial customers and the feasibility of creating a publicly owned power system and generating electric power and energy locally.
An Order of the New Haven Board of Aldermen urging the City of New Haven to eliminate the practice and use of credit reports in the process of hiring and promoting personnel.
From Alderpersons Perez, James, Paolillo and Robinson-Thorpe submitting a request for public hearings on the benefits and drawbacks of a bonafide residency requirements for applicants for City jobs.
From Stephen Richardson of 49 Beers Street, #2, New Haven, submitting a request for an immediate hearing for the purpose of restoring his revoked vendors license #12-00000190.
Order recommending a clear policy on suspension of access to the New Haven Free Public Library inclusive of an appeals process to contest suspensions
From De-Shiya Robinson submitting a request for a public hearing concerning fees she incurred as a result of an incorrect address on file in the databases of certain city offices.
Bridge Status Report for April 2013 from the City Engineer .
