Notice of Decision
In accordance with Sections 36 and 41 of the City Charter, 1993 Revised, notice
Is hereby given of the enactment and approval of the following named ordinance:
ORDINANCE AMENDMENT PURSUANT TO SECTION 60 OF THE CHARTER AND SECTION 2-190 OF THE CODE OF GENERAL ORDINANCES WHEREBY NEGATIVE LINE ITEM BALANCES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING 6-30-12 WILL BE ELIMINATED
Said ordinance is on file in the City Clerkâs Office, Room 204, Kennedy Mitchell Hall of Records, 200 Orange St., where they may be inspected or copies applied for and reference thereto is hereby made a part of this notice.
The aforementioned ordinance, were enacted by the Board of Aldermen on the 19th day of November, 2012 by a vote of 27 ayes and 0 nos.
Said ordinances will become operative and in effect on December 5, 2012.
