Paul Bass Photo U.S. Sen. Chris Murphy has been to Ukraine and back, and he has an update for the voters back home.

Murphy (pictured in Westville recently), who has emerged as the state’s leading elected official in dealing with the international crisis brewing in Ukraine (read about that here and here), will address New Haveners Wednesday night at a “town hall meeting” at the East Rock School, 133 Nash St. The topic: Foreign policy.
