Waste of a phone call, Cedarhill. Sorry! You are more naive than I thought previously. Write a letter, why not?... straight into the circular file. For real! Been there, done that. Thanks for tryin’. Like I said before, you haven’t traveled much, or else you’re a frequent flyer,... if you catch my drift.
Nice job Paul. I predict a great future for you in broadcasting. Am not too fond of Liebermouth myself. I call it “bait and switch.” Ct. voters are soooo gullible! Land of steady habits, unsteady minds.

Rell is a “do nothing” governor, Paul. If she can choose “do nothing” she will always go that route.
The only time she ACTS is to veto bills her party opposes, and to renounce obvious injustices on FOX.

That was the best compost-heap chat yet. Thanks for not giving a pass to Jewish “leaders’” support of Joe Lieberman and his groveling at the feet of the vile John Hagee. This is The New Haven Independent “healing the world” in its purest form: spreading truth. Keep up the good work.

Nice ending. Only two and half more years of Lieberman, if I’m not mistaken. That man is a disgrace.

Unfortunately, it’s actually four and a half years :(

Letters to the Governor do NOT go into a circular file. If the content is comprehendable and the return address is legible, a letter will receive a response. That response may take a while, as it may come not from the executive office but from the relevant agency. If you call the Governor’s Office, don’t just leave a message, ask to speak to someone in constituent services.

Right on, Paul. Jews like Lieberman, who are willing to overlook Hagee’s poisoned philosemitism in the name of short-term pragmatism, should keep in mind that Hagee’s kind of bigotry has deep roots and a long memory. The first Protestant to refer to the Catholic Church as the Great Whore [of Babylon] was Martin Luther. 500 years of _that_ grudge should signal Lieberman that the fans of apocalyptic war and mass conversion plan to stick around, railroading Israel and the US into one disastrous policy after another.

Mr. Hagee is just reading what’s in that nasty book, the Bible, and getting into the “spirit” of it. Also, take a look at the Koran, another nasty bit of made up nonsense. The following argument has been made by other people and in more detail: it is religious moderates and “people of faith” who enable all of the anti-rationalist, anti-Enlightenment religious nut jobs running loose. Even Yale has a school of make believe, aka, the “Divinity” school. Same superstitions, same scams, different “beliefs”.
