Solicitation # DC-08-S-0012
The Housing Authority of the City of New Haven (HANH) is currently seeking bids for Charles T.
McQueeney (4 -28) Tower & Façade, Kitchen, Bath, ADA and Lobby Renovations
. Sealed bids will
be received until May 28, 2008 @ 3:00 PM and the bid opening will be on May 28, 2008 @ 3:15 PM , at
which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A pre-bid conference followed by a
walkthrough will be held at 360 Orange Street , New Haven, CT 06511 on April 28, 2008 at 12:00
noon Although attendance is not mandatory, it is highly recommended. HANH reserves the right to
award to one or more contractors. HANH must receive one (1) clearly marked original and three (3)
copies of the bid submittal. A complete copy of the requirement may be obtained from HANH’s
Purchasing Department at 360 Orange Street beginning on April 10, 2008 @ 3:00 p.m . Additional
questions should be emailed only to Jim Miller at, bids@newhavenhousing.org no later than May 6, 2008
@ 2:00 p.m. . All answers to the questions will be posted on HANH’s Webs ite: www.hanh -ct.org .
