Irma Vazquez, 87, of New Haven, passed away May 3, 2017.
She was born in Corozal, Puerto Rico to the late Pablo Arroyo and Juana Trinida on Jan. 6, 1930. She enjoyed taking care of her family, dancing, swimming, and cooking.
Irma leaves to cherish her memory, loving husband, Roberto Vazquez; son, Jose Cordero; daughters, Nereida Cordero, Maria Cordero, AltaGarcia, Evelyn Vazquez, Maria Vazquez, Carmen Vazquez; 60 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will take place Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Iglesia Manantial de Vida, 855 Grand Ave, New Haven, CT 06513.
