If you recognize the man pictured in the white T‑shirt, the cops want to hear from you.
They want to hear from him most of all. He was “responsible for gunfire in the parking lot at the Grand Cafe on April 18, 2014,” according to police spokesman Officer David Hartman.
He asked that anyone with information on the man call detectives at (203) 946‑6304.
