A noon motorcycle crash in Westville took a man’s life, police said.
Police got a call at 12:11 p.m. on Tuesday that a motorcycle accident had occurred at 220 Curtis Dr. in Westville. The injured biker was found and transported to the Hospital of St. Raphael, where he later died.
Lt. Martin Tchakarides, the neighborhood’s top cop, said it was a “single-vehicle accident.” The man struck a utility pole.
Tchakarides said he did not know how the accident happened. The accident reconstruction team was on the scene trying to piece it together, he said on Tuesday afternoon.
Tchakarides said the man was in his mid to late 40s. He did not release the man’s name, since family had not yet been notified of his death.

This is no surprise to me how these guys ride around on our city streets.
Clearly all of the facts in the article above would allow you to make that statement… “Tchakarides said he did not know how the accident happened. The accident reconstruction team was on the scene trying to piece it together, he said on Tuesday afternoon.”
Why be so quick to judge? Im sure you always drive the speed limit and have never broken a single traffic law…
