CITY NOTICE
Notice of Decision
In accordance with Sections 36 and 41 of the City Charter, 1993 Revised, notice
Is hereby given of the enactment and approval of the following named ordinance:
1. ORDINANCE AMENDMENT ADOPTING EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT AND CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES PERSONNEL AND PROCEDURES MANUAL INCLUDING PENSION PROVISIONS PERTAINING TO EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT AND CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES
2. ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO SECTION 17-201.4 OF THE NEW HAVEN CODE OF ORDINANCES TO ADD PUBLIC WORKS RECYCLING AND WASTE RECEPTACLE FEES TO THE SCHEDULE OF FEES.
Said ordinance is on file in the City Clerk’s Office, Room 204, Kennedy Mitchell Hall of Records, 200 Orange St., where it may be inspected or copies applied for and reference thereto is hereby made a part of this notice.
The aforementioned, ordinance was enacted by the Board of Aldermen on the 19th day of December, 2011 by the following votes:
1. 28 ayes 1 no
2. 28 ayes 0 nos
Said ordinances will become operative and in effect on December 28, 2011
