Years She Expects To Keep Playing: “‘Til I get bored. We’ve got people in our league who are in their mid-40s. We take them as young as 18; they have to have health insurance.”

Best Part Of The Game: Hitting people. … You get to knock em over. You get them to be a little bit afraid of you. I’m very mild-mannered. I’m very nice. I would never walk up to someone on the sidewalk and like run into them. But here it’s great. It’s really fun.”

Why She Named Herself Your Mom”: I thought it was funny. … I’m not a mom.”

Number: 1953, the year her mom was born

Mom’s Take On Her Daughter’s Roller-Derby Career: She thinks it’s hilarious.”

Future Plans To Become A Mom?: Never, no. I have never wanted to grow anything side of me. It sounds gross, and I don’t want to do it. We have lots of moms in our league. Slugger Face is a mom … Dee Nasty, the little beanpole on our team, has five children.”

Next Bout: Dec. 7; details here.

The cupcakes at Saturday night’s bout were vegan — & delicious.
