We caught up with Kennedy afterwards. I am so proud of my cousin, Tim Shriver, for receiving the Walter Camp Football Foundation’s Distinguished American Award. As Chairman of Special Olympics, Tim has continued my family’s tradition of public service and significantly expanded the rights and opportunities for people with disabilities. He has redefined what it means to be a winner” in the world of sports and in life.”
