The Sterling Ridge public hearing before the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) has been re-scheduled for Dec. 15. The ZBA opened the public hearing Tuesday night but agreed to the delay at the request of the attorney representing Ann Trapasso, whose property abuts the proposed condo project.
A letter from attorney Christopher Smith said the two sides are “engaged in discussions to resolve the appeal.” The property is a 3.45 acre lot at 26 Cherry Hill Road located between Route 1 and Main Street, which is part of the Canoe Brook Historic District. Click here to read a prior story.
