Anna Smith, 74 of New Haven, CT passed away on August 30, 2011. Wife of Coy Smith for 48 years. Born to the late Ignatius and Mary Liza Simon in Manning, SC on June 22, 1937. Anna retired from Echlin in Branford, CT. Besides her husband, she leaves to cherish her memory; daughters, Ronitha Howard and Annette (David) Huckaby both of Hamden, CT; brother, John (Edna) Henry of SC; sister, Ronitha (John) Kennon
of New Haven, CT; step sisters, Alice Adger of SC and Thelma Jones of New Haven, CT; 4 grandchildren and a host of family and friends. She was predeceased by 3 brothers and 4 sisters. A celebration of her life will take place on Tuesday September 6, 2011 at 11AM at Immanuel Missionary Baptist Church, 1324 Chapel Street, New Haven, CT 06511 with calling hours from 10 – 11AM. Interment will be in Beaverdale Memorial
