Arnold Boles, 82, of New Haven, departed this life March 25, 2012.
Born in Savannah, GA, February 2, 1930, he was the son of the late Ethel Hayward Keith and William Reid Boles. He was the grandson of the late Delia and Tim Boles and the late Christina and William Hayward.
Arnold’s memories will be cherished by his loving wife, Mary (Solomon) Boles; two sons, Arnold Boles, Jr. and Arthur (Stefanie) Boles of Hamden, CT; two daughters, Vanessa Boles and Valencia Tisdale of New Haven, CT; sisters, Nora Keith Brown and Gloria Boles Maynor of Savannah, GA, and Angela Boles Perry of Cary, NC; brothers, Nathaniel Keith of Miami, FL and John Henry Keith and Marvin Boles of Savannah, GA; two brothers in-law, Wayman Maynor and Lester Perry; a special aunt, Rebecca Small; an aunt, Diane Bolds; grandchildren, Emmanuel Boles, Arneshia Boles, Laquita Boles and Adam Boles; great grandchildren, Maniah Boles, Shaenna Boles, Emmanuel Boles Jr, Sean Boles, Bryson Boles, TaAilyah Jones and Christian Boles; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
One son preceded him in death, William ‘Billy’ Boles and one brother, William Boles, Jr.
A celebration of Mr. Boles’ life and legacy will be held Monday, April 2, 2012, at 11:00 A.M. at Curvin K. Council Funeral Home, 128 Dwight St., New Haven.
