Cassidie Eugenny Schloss-Anderson, 73

Cassidie Eugenny Schloss-Anderson, 73, went home to be with her Lord on July 12, 2018.

Ms. Schloss-Anderson was born Aug. 20, 1944, in Kingston, Jamaica. She was the daughter of Matabell Reid and Hector Wolcott. She passed away at Yale-New Haven Hospital surrounded by her entire family.

Ms. Schloss-Anderson was a longtime parishioner of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in New Haven. She retired from Yale-New Haven Hospital, unfortunately.

She is survived by three brothers, Wycliffe Brown, Jimmy (Alda) Wolcott and Winston (Sophia) Downer; a sister, Sarah Campbell; five children, Angella Rochester, Beverly Rochester-Johnson, Sonia Rochester, Sandra (Robert) Johnson and Clifford Schloss; 16 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and loved ones.

A requiem mass will be held Saturday at 9 a.m. at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, 111 Whalley Ave., New Haven. Viewing will be held at the church from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. Burial will be in Beaverdale Memorial Park. Friends may call on Friday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Curvin K.
