Clarence Arthur Tinney III, 67

Clarence Arthur Tinney III, 67, departed this life on Feb. 17, 2017.

Clarence was born on Nov. 13, 1949 in New Haven to the late Clarence B. and Martha C. Tinney. Clarence grew up in New Haven, graduating from Wilbur Cross High School.

He was a certified dialysis technician and was a Northeast Region service representative and technical manager in the dialysis industry before he left the field to pursue other interests. Clarence worked in the gaming industry in Florida before retiring.

Clarence lived in many locations before settling in Apollo Beach, Fla. where he met his life partner Connie Wiberg. Clarence, like his father was a determined man and a man who did not waiver in his convictions. He lived a full and rich life and he enriched the lives of those who had the privilege of knowing him.

Clarence leaves to cherish his memory, his life partner, Constance Wiberg; daughter, Ramona Barnett; son, Clarence Tinney IV; grandchildren, Amani Barnett, Alyana Barnett, and Clarence Tinney V; sisters, Barbara Tinney (Ishaq Al Aziz), Ramona (Richard) Bryant, and Michelle Tinney; brother Gary (Karen) Tinney; 2 nieces; 5 nephews; and a host of extended family. 

A memorial service will take place Feb. 22, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Beulah Heights First Pentecostal Church, 782 Orchard St., New Haven, CT 06511. Services by Howard K.
