Dorothy (Dot) Reed, 79, of New Haven died after a long illness Friday, January 21, 2011 at the Paradigm Healthcare Center.
Dorothy was born in New Haven on December of 1932, daughter of the late Louis and Christine Bowman Reed and had resided in New Haven all of her life.
She is survived by her brother, Leander Reed of Huntsville, Alabama, several nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by sisters, Emma R. Clinton, Irene R. Kendall, Ida Reed, Beatrice Reed and Evelyn R. Mabery.
