Edwin P. Bradley Sr., 84

Edwin P. Bradley Sr., 84, of New Haven passed away peacefully on Wednesday.

He was born on Dec. 31, 1932 in New Haven, the son of the late Gladys Pitman and John Thomas Bradley, Sr. He served in the U. S. Air Force as a radio repairman during the Korean War. He was a graduate of the Connecticut School of Electronics in New Haven. Prior to retirement, Edwin was employed as an electrician at Olin Corp in New Haven, Connecticut Container in North Haven and Ansonia Copper and Brass in Ansonia.

Edwin leaves to cherish his memory, a loving wife of 55 years, Minnie Gregory Bradley; daughters, Gladys Bradley, Minnie Bradley, Shari Bradley, and Teresa Duncan; sons, Edwin Bradley, Jr. and Kenneth Bradley; brother, Charles E. Bradley, Sr.; grandchildren, Marcus Guion, Brandan Diaz, Adam Taylor, Jasmine Bradley, Sharthia Bradley, Bonisha Gomes, Shaylon Duncan and Gordon Duncan; three great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends. He was predeceased by brothers, John Thomas Bradley, Jr. and Robert E. Bradley.

A homegoing will take place Saturday at 9 a.m. at Howard K. Hill Funeral Services, 1287 Chapel Street, New Haven, CT 06511. Family and friends may call Saturday at the funeral home from 8:00 a.m. to 9 a.m. Interment will be at Connecticut State Veterans Cemetery, Middletown.
