Ernestine Jones, 56

Ernestine Jones, 56, of New Haven, departed this life February 26, 2012.

She was the wife of Kenneth F. Jones, Sr.
Born in Middletown, CT, November 6, 1955, she was the daughter of Jacob and Clotell Frasier.
Mrs. Jones was employed at Yale University in the Physical Plant as a Painter before her retirement.
She was a member of Agape Christian Center. She was also a founding member of the US Social Club and Black Woman Who Read.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by a daughter, Cheron Jones; sons, Kenneth Jones, Jr. and Kenneth Gorley; a sister, Debra Bush (Curtis); brothers, Wallace Frasier (Charlotte), Marion Frasier (Diane), Jacob Frasier, Jr. (Janet); and Windale Frasier; nine grandchildren; a great grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A celebration of Mrs. Jones’ life and legacy will be held Saturday, March 3, 2012, at 9:00 A.M. at Agape Christian Center, 90 – 100 Goffe St., New Haven, CT. Viewing and visitation will be held at the church from 8:00 – 9:00 A.M. Burial will be in Beaverdale Memorial Park. Professional service entrusted to Curvin K.
