Faith Simone Nelson, 11, of New Haven, departed this life Nov. 1, 2012.
Born in New Haven, CT, October 17, 2001, she was the daughter of Angel N. Rich and James Nelson.
Faith was a fifth grade student at Celentano School in New Haven.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by a brother, Jacoby Smith; sisters, A’mya Rich-Foust and Tiarra McFadden; grandparents, Betty Jackson, Lyndon Jackson, Michael Hendrix and Janelle Nelson; great grandmother, Julia Ann Rich; great grandfather John Epps Rich and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was predeceased by her great grandmother, Eleanor Nelson.
A celebration of Faith’s life will be held Friday, Nov. 9, 2012, at 10:00 A.M. at Beulah Heights Church, 782 Orchard St., New Haven. Viewing will be held at the church from 9:00 – 10:00 A.M. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Online guestbook available at www.curvinkcouncil.com
