Jacquelyn P. Horton, 55, of New Haven, born on February 25, 1961 to Henry Horton of NY and the late Mary (Savage) Horton, passed away March 30, 2016 at YNHH.
Jacquelyn was employed by Newts Café as a bartender before her passing. She most loved and enjoyed her family and taking vacations. She leaves behind to cherish her memory husband Bernard Hutchings, Jr., children, Antonio Horton and Bernard Hutchings III, Kalinda Horton (Latoya), Tiffany Taylor (Shanelle), Alexis Hutchings, Nepheteria Hutchings (Terrance) all of New Haven, brother Antonio Horton of Waterbury, sisters Constance Savage (Joseph) of New Haven, Pamela Youmans of Waterbury, and Ann Harrell of AZ, 9 grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends. She is predeceased by 2 brothers; Douglas Langley Horton and Henry Horton. A celebration of her life will take place Wednesday April 6, 2016 at 12 Noon at Agape Christian Center; 100 Goffe St., New Haven, CT 06511, with visitation Wednesday at the church from 10 – 12 Noon.
