Deacon James L. DuBose, 62, of New Haven, passed away Wednesday, January 31, 2018.
He was born in Saluda, SC to Glaston, Sr. and Orimena Mitchell DuBose on April 22, 1955.
He was employed with City of New Haven Parks Dept., Novacor Corp., and the Marriott and was a dedicated disciple of Kingdom Love Center Ministries.
James leaves to cherish his memory, loving wife, Emma Dubose; sons, John James and Marvin (Rameka) Henderson; daughter, Sonya DuBose; brother, Glaston DuBose, Jr.; sisters, Valerie (Jerome) Moore, Paulette (Keith) Gentry, Orimena Givens, and Sylvia Maxon; and a host of relatives and friends.
A celebration of his life will take place Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Christ Chapel New Testament Church, 220 Dixwell Ave, New Haven, CT 06511. Friends may call Tuesday at the church from 10:00 – 11:00 AM. Interment will be at Beaverdale Memorial Park, New Haven. Services by Howard K.
