Jeanette Lewis, 80, of New Haven, passed away April 18, 2017.
She was born in Waterbury to the late Barbara Lewis on April 15, 1937. She was a faithful member of Church of God in Prophecy.
Jeanette leaves to cherish her memory, children, Denise (Jessie) Cox, Robert Lewis, Ernestine Lewis, Ernie Lewis, Barbara Lewis, Kathy Johnson, Barbara Ann Lewis, and Kimberly Baker; brother, Calvin Atkins; 24 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
A celebration of life will take place Thursday at 11 a.m. at Holy Ghost Deliverance Church #2, 15 Mead St, New Haven, CT 06511. Friends may call Thursday at the church from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Interment will be private. Services by Howard K. Hill Funeral Services, 1287 Chapel St, New Haven, CT 06511.
