Jill Monique Coles, 50 of New Haven, born April 5, 1964 to the late Robert and Mary (Nash) Coles, entered eternal rest on July 15, 2014.
She leaves to cherish her memory; son, Christopher Chapman; brother, Todd Coles; sisters, Gail Bagley, Lisa Moore, and a host of relatives and friends. A celebration of her life will take place, Tuesday, July 22 at 11:00 AM at Howard K.
