Joseph Lee Corley, 52, of New Haven, departed this life May 21, 2012.
Born in Norwalk, CT, March 12, 1960, he was the son of Geraldine Corley and the late Edward Clay Corley.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by daughters, Chevonne Spinks and Autumn Corley; grandchildren, Jason, Adrian and Ashirah Spinks; brothers, Edward (Cathy), James (Vicky) and Mark Corley; sisters, Shirley, Olinda, Alisha and Geraldine Corley, Darlene Kelly (Robert) and Nichelle Brown (Fred); his fiance, Christine Hargrove; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was predeceased by a brother, John Corley.
A celebration of Mr. Corley’s life and legacy will be held Saturday, May 26, 2012, at 10:00 A.M. at Ebenezer Chapel, 50 Dwight St., New Haven. Viewing and visitation will be held at the church from 9:00 – 10:00 A.M. Interment will be private. Professional services entrusted to Curvin K. Council Funeral Home, 128 Dwight St., New Haven.
