Lewis Aaron Michael, 55, of New Haven peacefully entered into eternal rest on January 13, 2013 after a courageous two year battle with cancer at CT Hospice of Branford.
Born in New Haven on February 19, 1957 to the late Marlene E. Byrd, he leaves to cherish his memory, 4 daughters, 3 sons, one brother, James N. Byrd of New Haven; one sister, Nadene Byrd-Yokley (Billy); 13 grandchildren, special aunts, Ava Johnson of VA, Janice Riles of West Haven, a special friend, Mildred Lewis and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by brother, John Harold Byrd. A celebration of his life will take place Friday, January 18, 2013 at 3PM at Howard K. Hill Funeral Services, 1287 Chapel St. New Haven CT, 06511.
