Louise peacefully passed away on April 24, 2016. She was born in Leighton, Alabama on June 3, 1926.
Over her life span, she resided in Tennessee, Minnesota, New York, and Ohio. Eventually she settled down in New Haven, CT where she lived for over 53 years. She is survived by her three sons; Roland (Waltrina) Mullins, Terry Joe Mullins and Richard Mullins; two daughters; Anita Mullins and Deborah Mullins; twelve grandchildren; Genesis, Terry, Marc, Stephen, David, Dorian, Brandon, Keyrah, Cy, Anglea, Felicia Mullins and Patrick Hill; four great grandchildren; Judah, Shaina, London, and Miles; nephew and niece Colman Vincent and Mattie Louise Vincent-Brown; and a host of family and friends. A celebration of life will take place on May 5, 2016 at 11:00AM at Howard K. Hill Funeral Services, 1287 Chapel St., New Haven, CT 06511. Viewing will be from 9:00 – 11AM.
