Marvelle Yvette Williams, 62, born on March 5, 1952 to the late Frank Williams and Dardinella M. Smith, passed away at home February 28, 2015.
She will be remembered for her advantageous employment with Cigna Insurance Company, based out of Dallas, TX, as a Financial Analyst. Marvelle’s favorite things to do when she was not at work was traveling around the world, and relax to music by her favorite R&B singer Sade. She leaves to cherish her memory son Sean Williams of New Haven; sisters Denise Jackson of West Haven, Frances Williams of New Haven, several nieces and nephews, and a host of relatives and friends. She is predeceased by two sisters, Flora Poole and Gloria Hatcher. A celebration of her life will take place Friday March 12, 2015 at 10:00AM at Church on the Rock; 95 Hamilton St, New Haven, CT 06511 with visitation from 9-10AM.
