On Wednesday September 17, 2014, Mary Francis Smith was called home to be with the Lord.
She was born in Georgetown, SC on January 20, 1949 to the late Van Smith and Georgia Greene Smith. Mary was a former member of House of Jacob Church, West Haven, CT. Mary was a loving and giving person. In her spare time, Mary would listen to her collection of 45 records, albums, and 8 track tapes. She leaves to cherish her memories, brother, Deacon James B Greene (Mary) of Arcadia, FL; sisters, Lucille Arrahmaan, Hazel Smith both of Georgetown, SC; Ruthina Mose of New Haven, CT; special nieces Michelle Monteiro of New Haven, CT and Pauletta Sewefi of Alexandria, Virginia and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends. She was predeceased by her loving sister Ellamae Smith-King and brother-in-law Abraham Mose. A Celebration of her life will take place on Saturday, September 27, 2014 in Georgetown, SC.
