Pearlie M. Pervis, 77, of New Haven, CT entered into eternal rest on June 20, and 2016.
Pearlie was born October 2, 1938 in Apex, NC to the late Joseph and Cassie Pervis. She was as Cable Operator at Rockbestos Suprenant Cable for many years. Pearlie’s favorite hobbies were reading, doing crossword puzzles and playing spades. She loved listening to classic R&B artists Otis Redding and Sam Cooke. She leaves to cherish her memory, sons Michael (Cynthia) Pervis, Brian (Margaret) Pervis, Phillip Pervis, Kellen Pervis all of New Haven, daughters Valerie (Solomon) Isaac, Velma Pervis of New Haven, brother William Pervis of NC, sisters, Phyllis (Joseph) Young, Bessie Pervis, Deborah Pervis all of New Haven. She was predeceased by a son Anthony Pervis, and sister Betty Pervis. She was the proud grand-mother of 24 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. A celebration of her life will take place on Friday June 24, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Christian Love Center, 154 Derby Ave., New Haven CT with a calling hour from 10:00-11:00 AM at the church.
