Ramona Cohens, 45, of New Haven born on February 21, 1969 to Jackie Goodman and Doris Hood of New Haven, passed away February 2, 2015 at CT Hospice.
She will be remembered for her rewarding service as a CNA in the health care industry. When she was not working she enjoyed leisurely activities such as cooking, reading, and crossword puzzles. She leaves to cherish her memory loving daughters Tashonna Bland and Jaylyn Wilson both of New Haven; siblings Jackie Goodman, Jr. of Ohio, Sharnelle Randolph and Jessica Pagan of New Haven, and Erica Hughey of NY; 2 grandsons, and a host of relatives and friends. A celebration of her life will take place Saturday February 7, 2015 at 9:00 AM at Varick Memorial AME Zion Church; 246 Dixwell Ave. New Haven, with visitation Saturday at the church from 8 – 9 AM.
