Robert Lee McArthur Sr., 29, of New Haven, passed away on June 7.
He was born in New Haven on March 11, 1982 to Bertha L. McArthur and Robert L. Mclean.
Besides his parents, he leaves to cherish his memory: sons Steven McArthur and Robert Lee McArthur Jr.; brothers Quintarus (Tamiko) and Eric McArthur; sisters Tahania (George) Cunningham, Tanazya and Johnae McArthur; and fiancee Desiree Stevenson, all of New Haven. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins, and a special godson, Kylon Little.
He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, John L. and Gloria McArthur, paternal grandmother Mattie Mclean, an uncle, an aunt and three cousins.
A celebration of his life will take place on Wednesday June 15, at 11 a.m. at Agape Christian Center, 90 Goffe St. Friends may call at the church on Wednesday from 10 – 11 a.m. Interment will be in Hamden Plains.
