Ruby Lee Moore, 90

Ruby Lee Moore, 90, entered into eternal rest on April 28, 2015.

She was the widow of Ralph A. Moore, Sr. She was the daughter of the late George W. Dixon and Estelle Adams Dixon born in Greenville, North Carolina, October 26, 1924.
Prior to retiring, Mrs. Moore was employed at the United Illuminating Co. in the Accounting Department. 
She was a parishioner of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church where she sang in the choir and was also a member of the Women’s Auxiliary.
She is survived by sons, Edward A.(Thais), Ralph A. Jr. and Keith W. Moore; a brother, James Dixon; sisters, Linda Fripp, Pauline Lathrop, Lucy Phillips and Ernestyne Mayers; a son in-law, James Fleming; 13 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
She was predeceased by a daughter, Karen Fleming; a brother, George Dixon; and sisters, Catherine Robinson and Stella Payne.
A Requiem Mass to celebrate Mrs. Moore’s life and legacy will be held Monday, May 4, 2015, at 11:00 A.M. at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, 111 Whalley Ave., New Haven. Viewing and visitation will be held at the church from 10:00 – 11:00 A.M. Burial will be in Beaverdale Memorial Park. Professional services entrusted to Curvin K.
