Tamar Lawrence, 19, of New Haven; born August 25, 1996 in New Haven to Richard Lawrence and Celestine Bradley, passed away on November 16, 2015.
He had been employed at The Whitney Center in Hamden, CT and Walmart in Milford, CT. Tamar loved sports, especially the New England Patriots, and listening to Rap Music. Along with his parents, he leaves to cherish his memory; brothers Tabias Boomer of New Haven, Richard (Sandy) Lawrence III of Bridgeport and Alonzo (Cheryl Ann) Lawrence of NC; sisters Annette (Eric) Perry, Angelica Lawrence, Malinda Lawrence and Janel Lawrence, all of Bridgeport; maternal grandmother Christine Greene of SC and aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A Celebration of his Life will take place on Friday November 27, 2015 at 11:00 AM at First Calvary Baptist Church; 605 Dixwell Avenue, New Haven, CT 06511 with visitation on Friday at the Church from 9:00 am – 11:00 AM.
